Extensive analysis of the leasing market abroad with a team of four management consultants involved; qualitative interviews with investment goods producers and their clients, also delivering a competitor analysis.
Successful implementation was built from scratch and was based on the development of a new business strategy with a two-track concept. First, was the systematic search for potential partners or acquisition candidates. After unsatisfying negotiations, the second element was implemented, starting from scratch in order to implement the business strategy; offering intensive support and advice creating a very successful first implementation phase of the project.
