Customer care structure
We are supporting a Europe-wide leader in mobile telecoms through bringing organisational change to its customer care structure. We performed an organisational analysis, which brought to light issues regarding processes, roles and management systems. We partnered with CRM and HR directors in designing new organisational solutions and helped them in presenting and gaining approval by the company’s CEO and COO. We have made the communication plan involving about 4000 people. We have also prepared the change management plan and implemented it in strict collaboration with the client’s personnel.
